Returns & Refunds Policy

At Continental Carpets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when returns, exchanges and refunds are available.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you order more material than required.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Custom & Special Order Products

Products that are:

• Cut to size

• Custom made

• Special order items

• Products ordered specifically at the customer's request

cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product (where applicable)

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the goods.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
